Brian Burman
Brian serves as the Director of Excel Leadership Coaching. His coaching experience includes church planters, established church pastors, leadership teams, governance boards and corporate high-level leaders. He also serves as the Finance and Coaching Director for the Excel Leadership Network and is the former Senior Associate Pastor at GateWay Church in the Central Valley of California. Brian attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Western Seminary.
JD Pearring
JD’s experience includes planting churches, leading growing congregations and assessing potential new church planters. He currently serves as the Director of the Excel Leadership Network, Church Planting Lead for Transformation Ministries and Teaching Pastor at Journey Church in Elk Grove, CA. JD is a graduate of UCLA and Denver Seminary.
